DAVENPORT, Iowa—Per Mar Security Services, an installer of customized security solutions, recently acquired Ogren Electronics, based in Eagle River, Wis., according to a company statement.

Ogren Electronics, formerly owned and operated by Terra Nova, offered full electronic security such as burglary, fire, CCTV and access control systems. The operation will move into Per Mar's existing Wausau, Wis., office.

The acquisition will add approximately 250 alarm accounts to the Wausau operation, where Ken Nerison, Electronic Security General Manager, will oversee the transition.
