MONI Smart Security partners with August

SAN FRANCISCO—August announced a partnership with MONI Smart Security in November. MONI Smart Security selected August as its partner and will now make the August Smart Lock and August Connect available to its residential and commercial customer base.
“With our smart solutions for total control over the front door, we're helping MONI's trusted dealer network deliver best-in-class products to their customers as they embrace this new era of security for the connected home,” Mike Buckingham, director, August Pro for August Home, said in a prepared statement. “Our products are easy to setup and will allow installers to expand their portfolio of smart security solutions.”

With the August Smart Lock and August Connect Wi-Fi bridge, MONI customers can securely manage their front door from anywhere from their smartphone. August Smart Lock users can control access to their front door by issuing virtual keys for specific dates and times or monitor access through instant notifications when someone unlocks and locks the door. Users can also review access with a 24/7 activity feed of all activity at the front door.
