Netwatch NA Integrates with Eagle Eye Networks

LAKE FOREST, Calif. – Video monitoring solutions company Netwatch North America is partnering with Eagle Eye Networks to integrate their Eagle Eye Cloud video management system (VMS) with Netwatch’s video monitoring service.

The marriage of tech combines cloud-based video and audio monitoring with artificial intelligence (AI) technology like AI-filtered alerts that can reduce false positive rates and raise overall performance in monitoring for users on the platform.

“The integration will improve security and efficiency for multi-site customers for whom false positive alarm reduction is critical to daily operations,” said Ken Francis, President of Eagle Eye Networks. “The Netwatch integration provides customers with expanded functionality, to include live-audio voice downs and artificial intelligence-filtered alerts. Intelligent alerts distinguish between actionable and non-actionable events.”

Demand for proactive security solutions has been increasing according to reports by Mordor Intelligence. That market is expected to reach $45.67 million by 2026 due to the receptiveness of business’ over more reactive technologies.

With Netwatch’s Proactive Video Monitoring (PVM) now fully integrated with Eagle Eye’s VMS the system works towards a variety of purposes including loss prevention, workplace safety, security, business optimization, alarm management, and more. Netwatch PVM is purpose-built to try and stop crimes before they occur using personalized audio voice downs that stop crime on 98% occasions.
