NMC changes management roles

NMC changes management roles Michael Schubert is now CEO

LAKE FOREST, Calif.—National Monitoring Center made changes to its management structure in early February: Michael Schubert, the company's president, became its first CEO, and Woodie Andrawos, NMC's EVP, is now president of NMC.

These changes afford Schubert, as CEO, the ability to focus on the future of the company. “Michael will be looking at the bigger picture looking at things that would continue to position us for the future, growth-wise—new technologies, new services. Of course, he will continue to participate in key decisions for the company.” Andrawos told Security Systems News.

“As we position the company for continued growth it's important for us to continue to create opportunities within the company for the team and for the organization and for the management,” Andrawos said.

Andrawos said his new role of president will be similar to his role as EVP in that both are focused on the day-to-day operations. “I will work to grow the business through superior customer service and the best representation of the dealers' brand.” Andrawos said.

“We intend to continue growing organically, through our sales efforts [and] our marketing efforts,” he said. As an example, Andrawos pointed to the company's recent ad campaign featuring the “NMC Promise,” a promise that the company will help dealers grow their business.
