NMC unveils NexusTech

LAKE FOREST, Calif. – The National Monitoring Center (NMC) has unveiled NexusTech, the newest addition to its Nexus business intelligence platform.

NexusTech brings a number of features to a mobile platform. It offers benefits that significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technicians in the field.

National Monitoring CenterA detailed account landing page has been revamped to include new tabs for site details, System Details, and Permits, providing a comprehensive overview at a glance. Direct call options enable users to quickly dial specific contacts directly from the app. Advanced test management features now allow technicians to view, extend, or clear existing or future-dated test status, apply specific service types, and place primary or secondary systems “on test” only.

“NexusTech is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technicians in the field,” said Woodie Andrawos, president, NMC. “With Smart Search Technology, advanced location services, and comprehensive testing capabilities, NexusTech elevates the standard for technician operations, ensuring dealers can stay ahead of service issues, access support on the move, and gain deeper insights into their accounts.”

Additionally, NexusTech offers new options for test confirmations and introduces facial recognition for iOS, allowing for quick and secure logins.
