ST. LOUIS—If you call Potter Electrical Signal Company for tech support, chances are good that a real person will answer your call within a few seconds.
Responding to the demands of more sales and new business, the company has increased its technical support department, which includes staff certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies.
“The tech support team is equipped to supply the full gamut of product solutions. From questions involving simple installation procedures to the most complex programming issue, we can help,” said Steve Huff, advanced applications and technical support manager, said in a Sept. 9 news release. “It is the customer that drives Potter's business, and it is our goal to acknowledge our appreciation by offering premium technical support. This premium service includes almost non-existent telephone hold times and a commitment to providing correct answers the first time.”
Potter offers fire and security monitoring products for homes and businesses.
