PSA announces Michael Boettcher as EDGE President

WESTMINSTER, Colo.—PSA Security Network has announced the hiring of Michael Boettcher as president of EDGE, a division of PSA.

Boettcher brings over 20 years of audio/visual industry experience to EDGE’s team, most recently serving as president of Global VC – U.S. Division of New Era Technology.

His years of industry experience and deep understanding of an AV integrator’s challenges make him an excellent asset.”

Boettcher joins the EDGE team comprised of seasoned industry veterans - Vice President Patrick Whipkey and Director of Business Development Cheryl Walton. With integrator presence in over 40 countries and partnerships with 250 technology solutions providers, the EDGE advantage is clear.

New Era also received AVIXA’s elite APEx certification for industry excellence.

Boettcher previously served as president of NSCA and has been on the board of directors since 2014.  He also served as DAC chairman for USAV and is an AVIXA member with a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) designation.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and played baseball for the Wildcats.
