MARINA DEL RAY, Calif. - The California Automatic Fire Alarm Association recognized Ronald Dalton, chief engineer of the west region at ADT Security Services, with the Art G. Kane Memorial Award.
Established in 1987, the award honors those who perform service in parallel with CAFAA’s charter. Kane was a member of the fire industry and a founder of CAFAA. Dalton, one of twelve people to receive the award since its inception, worked with CAFAA to develop the WBFAA Fire/Life Safety Apprenticeship program.
Dalton sits on the board of directors as a treasurer at CAFAA and previously served as president of the organization.
