TYSONS, Va.—SecurityTrax, a cloud-based CRM offering from Alarm.com, integrated with four new monitoring centers recently.
Jeff Hansen, president of SecurityTrax, said that its integrations set the SecurityTrax CRM apart from others.
“The focus of SecurityTrax really is to provide a platform to our dealers so they can automate processes and to help them run their business more efficiently. [What] is unique to the SecurityTrax offering is that we really have a full suite of robust integrations with third parties that are really helping drive those efficiencies,” Hansen told Security Systems News.
The company was live with four new monitoring center integrations as of Aug. 1: Affiliated Monitoring, Dynamark, Security Partners and Monitronics.
Alarm.com acquired SecurityTrax in March 2015, and Hansen said that this has helped the CRM advance in adding more integrations. “[The acquisition is] 18 months in the rear-view mirror now. I think that dealers are really going to see Alarm.com's commitment to the SecurityTrax platform,” he said.
SecurityTrax has connected with central station automation platforms such as Bold's Manitou, SGS' stages, and MASterMind from MAS. “We're at a point where adding additional central stations that are utilizing one of the handful of software providers that are out there is relatively straightforward at this point, and can be done much more rapidly than it could prior to us having those foundational pieces in place,” Hansen said.
The company is also integrated with ADT, United Central Control, AvantGuard, and Rapid Response Monitoring.
SecurityTrax was started in 2004 as AlarmTrax.
