ST. CHARLES, Ill.—System Sensor's low frequency notification application guide—which provides information on low frequency fire and carbon monoxide notification appliance requirements—is now available. The guide covers waking effectiveness, low frequency requirements, occupancy and building code impact, system applications, and more.
The Low Frequency Notification Appliances Guide provides information about low frequency notification (520 Hz) appliance requirements used in fire alarm and carbon monoxide systems. It not only outlines the development of the NFPA 72, NFPA 720, and UL standard requirements, but it also provides guidance for placement and usage of low frequency notification appliances within fire alarm and carbon monoxide systems.
System Sensor introduced its new SpectrAlert Advance low frequency notification appliances at ISC West this year.
