LAS VEGAS—Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) presented its annual dealer awards during its Owners Forum, DMP’s signature dealer event, held at Fontainebleau Las Vegas the day before ISC West 2025.
Special recognition was given to dealers in Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond level categories for their accomplishments in 2024. Dealer of the Year awards were presented in several categories.

SAN RAMON, Calif.—Randy Perkins has been named EVP and COO at SAFE Security. Also, Jess Alvarado has been appointed CFO for the company, which acquires and provides customer account management services for monitoring contracts.
Perkins joined SAFE in 2005 and became VP of operations a year later. He previously worked for Sonitrol and Bay Alarm Company, where he served as an installation/service manager, sales manager, central station manager, branch manager and director of operations.

Bay Alarm bills itself as “the largest independently-owned and operated alarm company in the United States.” I don't have independent verification of that, but I do know the Pacheco, Calif.-based company is a major player in that state, so whatever it does is of interest.
