MCLEAN, Va.—The Monitoring Association (TMA) announced that the Glenview, Ill., Public Safety Dispatch Center and the City of Allen, Texas, Police and Fire Communications became the 140th and 141st Emergency Communications Centers (ECCs) in the U.S. to implement TMA’s Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).
