HARTFORD, Conn.—UTC has reorganized again, creating UTC Building & Industrial Systems by combining Otis Elevator Company and UTC Climate, Controls & Security, the company announced recently.Geraud Darnis, most recently president and CEO of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, will serve as president and CEO of the new organization, according to the news release.
