DMP adds new pair of regional sales managers

SPRINGField, Mo. — DMP grows its ranks with the addition of two new regional sales managers who will represent the Northwest and Ozark territories.

Chris Kelley has joined DMP as the regional sales manager for the Northwest territory. He will provide ongoing service and support to DMP dealers across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska.

Kelley joined DMP because of the culture and dedication to its employees and customers. With over 20 years in sales, his strength is providing the best customer experiences and building strong relationships with his customers. His previous work in sales includes 15 years in enterprise technology before spending the last 10 years in the security industry in various sales positions.

Additionally, Doug Doster has joined DMP as the regional sales manager for the Ozarks territory. He will provide ongoing service and support to DMP dealers across Arkansas and Missouri, including the St. Louis metropolitan area in its entirety. The addition of this role represents a restructuring of DMP sales regions, designed to further elevate personalized service to dealers.

Doster comes to DMP with over 30 years of sales and operation experience. He worked in manufacturing facilities as a quality and process engineer for the first eight years of his career. He has over 20 years of experience in low-voltage sales, both end user direct and in the construction market with Simplex and Honeywell, and working with dealers with Edwards and Kidde.

Doster said he looks forward to working with DMP dealers to expand the product lines they sell and look for additional ways to serve their customers. He is excited to sell a high quality, American made product produced by a company with great values and integrity.
