Dealers could verify location and system status, update arming and disarming schedules, and modify critical contacts from a single solution. The solution also delivers a rich user experience for the end user, providing a clean, modern UI experience where security leaders can quickly and intuitively manage situations and settings on demand.

Whether a partner needs to launch a new site, update alarm response escalation, or verify an incident, Netwatch's web app dramatically simplifies the management of Netwatch Proactive Video Monitoring (PVM). Some of the many innovative new features include:

• System health checks continuously monitor all connected equipment and components. A service ticket is raised and routed to the appropriate individuals to address failures when identified.
