RSPNDR partners with LOCAL SECURITY

TORONTO, Ontario—RSPNDR Inc. announced that it has partnered with remote Video-as-a-Service (VaaS) company LOCAL SECURITY, RSPNDR’s first integration with a video-as-service company.

This “industry leading integration” with a remote video company for on-demand guard services will “set a new standard for RSPNDR services,” the company said, noting that LOCAL SECURITY will offer RSPNDR’s one-click guard response services throughout North America.

“The combination of LOCAL SECURITY’s VaaS and RSPNDR’s distributed guard network offers customers the best of both worlds,” RSPNDR CEO Mark Zimmerman said in the announcement. “Consumers will get great remote monitoring every day and the fastest on-site response when they need it.”

Through this advanced management technology, the two companies will offer an end-to-end solution that starts with the remote monitoring of all activities. Each type of service will have a custom response procedure using LOCAL SECURITY’s Safety Indexes. Dispatched through RSPNDR’s network of distributed mobile guard companies to secure the sites on demand and provide complete transparency and reporting. 

Local Security provides remote monitoring of various sites across North America. The cloud-based platform offers real-time insights, powerful analytics, and connects directly to a reliable network of security guards, thereby avoiding unnecessary phone calls and wait time to dispatch an incident.
