Steve Doyle, retiring CSAA executive VP, honored

VIENNA, Va.—Steve Doyle, recently retired CSAA executive VP of 22 years, received the organization's Stanley C. Lott Award.
Nine past presidents of CSAA attended the ceremony Dec. 3 at the Crystal City Marriott in Arlington, Va. The ceremony originally was scheduled for CSAA's 2014 Annual Meeting, but postponed due to Hurricane Gonzalo.
The Stanley C. Lott Award, which is not an annual award, “is reserved for the very special recognition of those whose contributions to the industry have been most significant—contributions which have spanned years and decades,” CSAA past president David Carter said in a prepared statement.
Lott was lauded as a dedicated leader in the alarm industry and also as a past president of CSAA, according to the same release.
