Platinum Equity to acquire majority in Cook & Boardman

LOS ANGELES – Platinum Equity announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a majority interest in The Cook & Boardman Group from Littlejohn & Co.

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif.—Video surveillance provider Hikvision and video analytics provider Agent Video Intelligence (Agent Vi), announced that Agent Vi's embedded component will run on Hikvision cameras.
